Kai Lun read law in Queensland, Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2014 as a lawyer.

 

During his early years in the legal profession, Kai Lun completed a work placement at a distinguished law firm in Brisbane known for its proficiency in property law and general practice. This invaluable experience laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

 

Returning to the land below the wind, Kai Lun was later admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2015. Kai Lun also completed his chambering and practiced in one of the largest firms in Kota Kinabalu for six years before leaving to become a Founding Partner of this firm.

 

Although Kai Lun's experience encompasses a wide array of general civil litigation, his practice primarily focuses on corporate, contractual, construction, and commercial litigation. He has also appeared as counsel in the Subordinate Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. Over the years, he has not only accumulated extensive knowledge in these domains but has also successfully represented a diverse domestic and international clientele, including prominent figures from various walks of life.
